About the Course:

Cyber Law is the law regulating cyberspace and it is still in a nascent stage and continuously evolving every passing day. Even the most learned legal luminaries find it difficult to solve the legal problems posed by technology.

The ambit of the course are very vast and covers every aspect of Cyber Law related issues, which involve the use of a computer or the internet. This program highlights Cyber Laws in the areas of Electronic Commerce, Electronic Contracts Need for Cyber Law in India, National Policy on Information Technology 2012, important terms related to Cyber Law, History of the Internet and the World Wide Web, and many more.

Exam structure/Assessment process:

The exam will consist of 20 questions, 5 marks each. For passing, you need to secure a minimum of 40%. No negative marking.

Mock Examination: There will be a Mock test for the course in question [Students will be notified via email.]

Publication of Assignment: You need to submit one assignment in between the time of the commencement of the course on any legal issue. Where the selected Assignments will be published by us in a book bearing an International Standard Book Number for free of cost. (You will be charged only for the Paperback edition of the Book)
