Dr. Deevanshu Shrivastava

Dr. Deevanshu Shrivastava is a young academician having cleared his UGC NET in Law twice and also MPSET. He completed his Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Laws from Barkatullah University, Bhopal in 2018 and since 2012 he is in the academics. Apart from this he also holds, Diploma in Cyber Law, Diploma in Medical Laws, and Diploma in Media Laws. He has to his credentials 22 paper publications and 18 paper presentations in various reputed International and National conferences & workshops. He is a member editorial board and also a lifetime member of the International Journal of Legal Research and Governance and Law Mantra Journal. He is on the advisory board of various legal platforms. He has also been invited to judge the national and international moot court competitions. He has a great experience of participating and in conduction of Moot Court activities, Legal Aid Camps, and various others like activities. He has won the prestigious ‘Excellence in Research Award’ thrice in the academic year 2015-16, 2016-17 & 2017-18. He was also awarded the Outstanding Performer for the year Award for 2015-16. He was felicitated with the prestigious Excellence in Research Award in 2018 and the Best Faculty(Law) Award, 2019 by Arjun Das Gulati Foundation in collaboration with the University of Allahabad, Prayagraj. He received the prestigious Best Faculty in Law at the International Academic Awards in Dubai presented by GISR and American College of Dubai in October 2019.
